KAPCIC Annual Convention attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. KAPCIC has contracted a room block for attendees at the Embassy Suites Olathe. A set number of rooms are available at the group rate until September 13, 2022, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. The room block code is KAC. While KAPCIC works hard to secure a sufficient number of rooms, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available.
