The guaranty association system has a strong track-record of success in protecting policyholders and providing a safety-net for the insurance industry.  Over the last 20 years, strong regulation and insurance industry support has changed the quantity and types of insolvencies that we see.  In the current environment, members of the guaranty association community are working to be proactive to solve new challenges involving data, cyber liability coverage, and increasing catastrophic losses.
